Service Description
This service is intended for individuals who are modeling in exchange for services or participating in a collaborative project with Heather Cintron/ Skin and Ink Lab. By booking this session, you acknowledge that this is a trade-based or discounted service in exchange for content creation, including photography and/or video, which may be used for marketing, training, social media, and promotional purposes. Models must sign a Model Release and Consent Form prior to the service once this appointment is booked. This agreement allows your likeness and results to be captured and shared by the artist for professional use. This service is by invitation or approval only and may include partial or full coverage of service costs depending on the collaboration details discussed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, which will be applied toward your total service cost. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. For tattoo appointments: -Cancellations made under 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit and a charge of 50% of the service fee. -Rescheduling requires a new $100 deposit, which will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. -After a second late cancellation, 50% of the service total must be paid upfront to rebook. -After three late cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to discontinue future bookings. -Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service or be required to reschedule, resulting in a forfeited deposit. -Missing an appointment without notice is considered a no-show and will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. Future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Important: Confirmation texts and emails are sent before every appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed, it will be automatically canceled, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
