Paramedical & Cosmetic Tattoo Is Not Advised While Pregnant Or Nursing.
Not A Candidate If You Have Cancer Or Are Undergoing Radiation Or Chemotherapy (Must Be 6 Months Out Of Treatment With DR Approval.)
Not A Candidate For Those With Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes (Can Be Done If Regulated With A DR Note).
Not Advised For Anyone With Current Skin Disease Symptoms Or Irritations That Appear In The Treatment Area Or Anyone Prone To Excessive Bleeding Or Keloid Scarring.
Not Advised For Anyone That Suffers From Epilepsy Or Seizures.
Not Advised For Anyone Who Has Used Accutane Within The Last Year, Isotretinoids, Or Strong Retinoids With Use In The Last 6 Months.
For Airbrush Tanning-You Must Be Over The Age Of 16 Years Old.
Airbrush Tanning Is Generally Safe, But Certain Conditions May Affect Results Or Make The Treatment Unsuitable. Clients With Allergies To DHA, Respiratory Issues (Asthma, COPD, Etc) , Skin Conditions (Eczema, Psoriasis, Open Wounds, Sunburns, Or Rashes), Or Those Using Exfoliating Treatments (Retinoids, Acne Treatments, Or Skin-Lightening Products) Or Medications (Antibiotics Or Other Photosensitive Medications), Should Consult With Their Physician Beforehand. Clients Who Have Cancer Should Consult Their Physician. If Undergoing Cancer Treatments Such As Chemotherapy Or Radiation We Do Not Recommend Airbrush Tanning. Pregnant Or Breastfeeding Clients Should Seek Medical Advice & Get A Note, And Those With Recent Cosmetic Procedures (Chemical Peels, Laser Treatments, Microblading, Or Waxing) Should Wait 48 Hours Before Tanning To Ensure Even Absorption And Avoid Irritation.

- If Paying With Cash Bring The Exact Amount, We Don't Always Have Change Available.
- There Is A 3% Fee When Using Debit And Credit Cards.
- A Booking Fee Deposit Of $25-$100 Will Be Needed At The Time Of Booking Your Appointment But Will Be Applied Towards Your Total Cost.
- Booking Fee Deposits Are Non-Refundable.

- All Cancellations Or Rescheduling Must Be Done At Least 48 Hours Ahead Of Time and Date Scheduled.
- This Allows Ample Time To Try To Fill The Reservation Should You Need To Cancel Or Reschedule Your Service.
- Deposits Are 100% Non-Refundable.
- Consultations Are Free, However If You Do Not Show Up To The Physical Location You Will Be Charged $75 fee As A No-Show For Tattoo Appointments.
​- Cancellations Made After 48 Hours Before The Appointment Will Forfeit Their Deposit And Be Charged 50% Of Their Tattoo Service, and 100% for Your Airbrush Tanning Service.
- To Reschedule An Appointment, a $100 Deposit Will Be Needed For All Tattoo Services ($25 Deposit For Airbrush Tanning) But Will Be Applied Towards Your Scheduled Service.
- If You Cancel The Rescheduled Appointment Under 48 Hours Of The Date And Time You Forfeit The $100 Fee ($25 Deposit For Airbrush Tanning) And Will Be Charged 100% Of The Full Remaining Balance Of The Tattoo or AIrbrush Tanning Service That Was Scheduled.
​- Appointments Are Booked Consecutively. The Fee Charged Will Be Charged To The Credit Card We Have On File That Was Used To Secure Your Reservation Or Sent Via Invoice Through Our Scheduling System.
Late Arrivals.
-If You Are More Than 15 Minutes Late For Tattoo Appointments or 5 Minutes Late For Airbrush Tanning Appointments You Will Need To Reschedule Your Appointment In Order To Respect The Following Appointments And To Provide The Quality Service For Yourself. ​​​​​​​
-If You Are 16+ minutes late for your tattoo session(6+ for Tanning), Your Appointment Will Be Cancelled And Your Deposit Will Be Forfeited And In Addition You Will Be Charged a 100% Fee Of Scheduled Service. The Fee Charged Will Be Charged To The Credit Card We Have On File That Was Used To Secure Your Reservation Or Sent Via Invoice Through Our Scheduling System.
- You Will Also Need To Apply A New Deposit To Reschedule Your Next Appointment Through The Booking Site For Future Appointments.​​
No Call. No Show. Client Appointments
- After A Third Late Cancellation Or No-Show, The Studio Reserves The Right To Terminate The Client Relationship If Necessary.
A "No-Show" Occurs When A Client Misses An Appointment Without Prior Notice.
- For Those Who Do Not Show Up To Their Appointment Without Notifying Us, You Will Be Considered A No-Show Client. And Automatically Forfeit Your Deposit.
- You Will Automatically Forfeit Your Deposit, In Addition You Will Be Charged 100% Of The Full Remaining Balance Of The Service To Be Performed And Will Have To Pay In Full For Future Appointments At The Time Of Booking.
- Policies Are On Consent Forms, Our Website, They Get Emailed And Texted To You So There Are No Excuses And No Exceptions.
- Confirmation Text Messages & Emails are sent out prior to your appointment. If we do not receive a confirmation text message back prior to your appointment within the 48 hour mark your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. You wil

- No Guests Allowed. No Children, Toddlers or Infants Are Allowed At The Time Of Service For Safety Reasons.​
- If You Have Any Previous Paramedical Or Cosmetic Tattooing Previously Not Done By Skin and Ink Lab (I usually do not work on pre-existing work). However, You Will Be Required To Book A Consultation To Determine Your Best Treatment, Color Correction And Cost Of Service. In Some Cases You Providing Photographs With Clear Communication Of Your Previous Work, You May Be Approved As An Online Consult Prior To Your Serviced Appointment.
- All Clients That Have Had Any Previous Paramedical Or Cosmetic Tattooing Not Done By Skin and Ink Lab Will Be Considered A New Client And Be Charged New Client Prices. Moving Forward Your Future Touch Up Appointments Will Be At The Discounted Rate.​
